ABOUT THE OWNERS
Jonathan Brown
From the moment Jonathan set foot in a professional kitchen, he knew that cooking was his calling. Getting his start in North Bay, the foundation was laid for a long successful career. Jonathan soon moved to Montreal for his formal training. Opportunities in different venues presented themselves readily. From fast food to fine dining, he has done it all. Highlights from his career include working under a Michelin-star chef and a member of the Canadian Culinary Team. Jonathan is always ready to flex his culinary muscle and looks forward to wooing you with his new food creations.
Ian Bennett
Even at a young age, Ian's parents knew there was something different about their son when he refused to eat their standard casseroles and started asking for caviar, venison, and fancy French pastries. A self-proclaimed bonne vivante, Ian's passion for great food has brought him around the world, from truffle hunting in France to searching for the perfect cup of coffee in Italy. One thing is certain, Ian brings his passion for food and adventure to the table evey time. |
